What weight oil should I use?

Choosing the correct weight oil is all about the weather. For most conditions 10/40 weight is a good choice. If you are regularly riding in 100+ degree conditions 20/50 would probably be the better choice for you. You want to use the lightest weight oil that does the job. These small engines have small oil passageways and the lighter weight oils provide better protection because they flow quicker and easier through the engine.
